This organisation is good for nothing. Management have no respect for its employees. They appoint professors on temporary basis which means pay for only 10 months. For every renewal , you have to start from the beginning like interview and joining process from beginning. Payment for those who have completed PhD and have master degree with Net or set is around 17000 innhand. In fact, the security personnel standing at the main gate have better pay than Professor working there....Read More

Good for professors who are appointed permanently. Not good for the one who work in private section of college.

No job security and you have to go for interview every year. Even if you have worked there for a decade.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
