Management has faith in their team leaders and allows to take decisions. Family like work culture hence job security. Even during Covid Pandemic all were paid an allowance to survive and no job loss.

Dislikes

Change over from 6 days a week working pattern to 5 days a week. Should give 15 days bank holidays.
