Extreme Politics in the organization, good people left, and no one is willing to join Shakti Hormann because of its culture, each branch has got 01-02 informer and that informer itself is corrupt. they monitor with CCTV, you have to install their own APK in your phone and take all calls, video, GPS and photo records. Branch Manager treat you like his servant and assistance, All employee including Branch Manager they watch reals from his personal mobile, Bangalore Branch Manager has formed his own group of teams and enjoying. He has a setting with dealers and try to route order through same dealer and get the cut, He will happily be enjoying even though company doesn't give any increment....Read More
