Likes

I like the work culture at ShakeDeal. The focus is really on getting things done and finding the best solution to the problem. Founders are receptive to employees and are very hands-on with day-to-day operations. ShakeDeal has a flat org structure and open door policy.

Dislikes

The commute can be far for most people as the office is located in whitefield. However, cab service is provided. The cafeteria food can be a lot better.
