I love to work with STC. All staff an co-workers are very good and feel you good. Work culture in this company is also very good. Only salary hike is little bit issue.

Dislikes

Company need to deploy their employees on payroll for job security.

Work Details

Quite interesting and new challanges for every new work Site to handled.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
