I was the top performer with 97% but they will remove you with stupid reasons and they won't let you earn good incentives. Management is not good especially people with power.

Everything...i was part of the sales team and had worked for roughly around 3 years they make you slog they expect you to keep ur personal life aside all the time. Lot of internal politics n favourism top management leaves the entire process in the hands of few people blindly and they tend to exploit their power by harrassing employees mentally n physically. No transparency at all you are restricted to only talk to ur manager n no one above them ur ideas n opinions are of no values. During interview promises r made of 5 day a week work and 9 hrs of shift timinigs however post joining they expect u to work continuously. I have worked 16 days in stretch and at times for 12 hours in a day when complained pressure was put on me despite of me being a performer. 0% job security once my colleagues complained to the HR about the ill treatment they were subjected to by their Manager the next thing which I know was all of them were thrown out of the company for very small n pitty reasons n entire event was covered up nicely by the team manager with the help of the HR and the top management was cluekess of the whole event. Even i had reached out to the HR for some of my concerns which she could easily see but despite being an HR she could not take any actions thinking of the consequences she will have to face to take my side. Personally, i would not suggest even an enemy to join the firm. Do not know about the other departments but i will surely will suggest no one to join any sales or the service team. Work life balance is cool. The vision of the company as created by Mr Anupam Mittal is great.

The leadership team is filled with male chauvinists, a bunch of suck ups. Working just to impress Anupam Mittal and never for the betterment of the organisation as a whole. People doing good work are unappreciated while people sucking up and dirty politics rules within groups.
