Some people do not judge you with your performance, they judge you with religious issue (Islam, Terrorism, ISIS etc), politics (BJP, Modi, RSS, Tripple talak, Ram mandir etc). They judge the people with their opinion and always think that they are right. Some people make internal politics to down your performance.

Very disappointed by company policy. I joind as FTS no perks benifit included only accidental insurance provided for employees only not for family members it means they are not coverd at all. I have been in sgs from 2 years not a single upraisal received no salary increased no job security company can terminate when ever they want. I recommend not to join this company.
