Yes, I like my working place. In the middle of the pandemic only i got my job in sewage treatment plant. Our management gave facilities ( car ). We maintain social distancing as well proper sanitization. I think job security is depend on me , how i do my work properly and maintaining proper discipline.

I got a learn many experiments, which is useful for my future. I got a chance to wear multiple role and that helped me get to know about team members and how to co ordinate with other employees other then admin staffs .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
