Sewa Kendar job is an unsafe job. employee does not get any bonus , incriment and also survive on a much negotiable Salary.

No Incriment , no any bonus , less salary & also even in the period of lockdown no one can get salary from company.

I like to do there work but some operators and DM not good they not go with operators they only use them I have many proofs of they take money from customers but noone take action on them if operator do any thing then company terminate them all are stupid here.

I do all things which ask me by DM but they only use the operators when operators want leave that time they not give ask them we not have LR and if we want urgent leave then ask us without pay leave you can get.Please do something for operators and rise.
