Top Management is good and approachable. Colleges are like friends. Salary and incentives are best in industry

Dislikes

It's hard to survive if you are not directly reporting to the top management. Lot of people are either chamchas to the top management or bullies. They survive just because they share office gossip with mirch masala to the top management. It's hard to get credit of your work since your manager will most likely show it his portfolio and portrait you as the dumbest in front of top management. The office bullies, only aim at making fun of anyone new in the office or to shout so loud so that you don't ask them to do their work as well. Lack of work life balance is basically in the industry only so you can't blame the company much. However they do have good compensatory leave policy....Read More
