I’ve worked in the industry for almost 4 to 5 years and recently shifted my job to Setindiabiz. The company provides core accounting services, and is the best fit for me! I am leading a team of qualified accountants here getting to work with an elite clientele base. Even though I am quite experienced in the field, what I like about this company, is that I am still getting to learn a lot here.

Dislikes

The company has strict HR policies. Leaves, work-offs and work from home are hadly allowed. They are quite strict with their employee’s discipline.

I joined this company as an accountant a couple of years ago. Have had both good and bad experiences of working here. Among the pros of working in this company, I believe is the sheer depth of knowledge and skills you will gain. With each passing day, they learn and perform. You will feel the work pressure, but if you take it as a challenge, you'll experience unbelievable personal growth.

Dislikes

The biggest drawback working here was the lack of staff. The manpower shortage was so serve that the backlog of cases was a common thing. Their hiring process was slow and inefficient. People often had to multitask beyond their capacity to keep up.

I am working here since over seven years, today have seen negative review about our company. Frankly, these are from few failed people who could not meet the basic expectation of company such as discipline and performance. I was just a commerce graduate and today I am handling important clients and helping them do all the compliance. The culture of learning and growth is tremendous. They have extremely strict reporting time if you are late there are consequences. I think they should be little liberal on morning reporting time especially for night owls like me.

I worked for this consultancy and was extremely disappointed to find that they did not pay me for the work I had done. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to pay what was owed to me, which caused a great deal of financial hardship. As an employee, I feel let down and undervalued by this company. Unprofessional people. 5 star reviews posted here are fake and are posted in the last week of February to increase the chances of getting good employees. Do not fall for such ungrateful people.

Currently Working here as an accountant. I was recommended here by a friend of mine. Must say, whatever I heart about this place, especially from fellow accountants is true. this is a great place to work with diversified clients across industries on a huge range of accounting products. You'll learn a lot here if you stay productive.

Dislikes

Overwork and overtime are very common in this company, especially for my profile taking leaves can be frowned upon if there's work pending. This discourages employees from giving their best.

I was a practicing professional before I joined here as a Senior Accountant. Highly recommend working in this company as the skills you learn here are better and more demanding than a Core Accounting Firm. Their clientele base is huge and diverse which enhances your experience even more. Owing to the nature of their services, the work pressure is huge and there is no room for errors especially from an experienced person. I had the management flipping out over even the most minor of my mistakes a million times. The management can definitely use some patience as they have some of the best employees working for them.

Even though I own my carreer to this company, some of the issues here cannot be ignored. The management here is almost absent whenever you need them. The extent of delegation is so extreme, that the company is literally run by a bunch of senior employees as managers and team leader's. I think the top rank here can be a little more interactive.
