Rules are not fixed in the company… anytime a new rule comes up No professionalism… Managers just play blame games and blame juniors Poor salary structure… no hikes at all Monotonous work after 6 months … learning becomes zero

Nothing to like about this company. As a fresher you can learn something but there is no career growth for experienced in this company.

The Work culture is very pathetic. HR & other management people are there just for name sake. They don't have any authorities to take a call. The final call for each & every work will be from the top management only. No personal/ professional growth. They treat employees as slave while taking about salary increment.

Company has made People just to do their job here to get paid (not even on time).

There is no growth and no job security. No matter how well you do your job and even you are an expert. Ton of work load and excessive number of projects and no overtime payment. No PF just a paycheck.
