Sentiss is an excellent place to work with a disciplined yet flexible work culture which is employee friendly in terms of opportunities, challenges and growth. I also love the philanthropic aspect of the company which allows us to impart time and efforts directly to the society in which we live. Thus, the intellectual, technical and emotional balance is maintained.

Dislikes

At times, having employee friendly work policies work against the company as certain employees take undue benefit of its empathetic policies.

Work Details

The job here is challenging which is really helpful in growth of my technical abilities and managerial skills. The meetings, budgets, deadlines and productivity in terms of project delivery has boosted up my confidence in myown abilities several notches!
