You have to worked like labour over here as we don't have work as an Engineer. As an Engineer you personally have to go to the sticker department to collect stickers and if you want finished good or any other material you personally have to go to that department which is very far from the office location. You can easily spend so many time almost full day while collecting material. So basically you don't need to utilise your skills. You just want physical strength to work in Selec Control....Read More

1) You can work unofficially without getting paid. If you want to complete the target.But you won't get overtime neither working on Saturday Sunday or any other holiday. No any benefits. 2) To much work pressure. But need to have only physical strength No need of Engineering skills as all the products are ready and no need to debug as the problems are repeatative. 3) After doing all work you won't be appreciated but instead you will be scolded by the senior for not doing other works. They are expecting to complete all the work of product in single day. Such horrible work environment I ever observed 4) After reading all this they will pretend oh really this might be the problem of leaving people but they already know why all r leaving. So much politics has been played over here. Those who are really skilled and want to learn and utilise there skills please do not come to this place. Those who are just want to earn without utilise his or her brain they have best opportunity over here...Read More
