The colleagues and peer group had a strong bond of each other, because everyone there was unhappy. Good for students because teachers are so dedicated for them.

Unlikely many institutions provides free education for their staff children, but Selaqui.. No Way....! Lack of stability of teachers and student are suffer till their board exam. The Senior Master (Farzi Angrez) is described as being unethical and rude, exerting his authority in ways that demean others. His behaviour reportedly lacks respect, creating a negative impression, he is like a wolf in sheep's clothing. He and his family ruin the school atmosphere. His inclination towards backbiting and office politics has driven many skilled teachers to leave the school. So many teachers complained to the Headmaster about this , but no one knows his week point or soft corner with his Pastoral head. Selaqui appears to have a poor support system for its teachers with inconsistent policies. No appreciation of any staff members, specially Bursar (Present) even he dosen't know how to respect with his low graded staff members. Lot of work they have to do in their mindset, The owner is not willing to pay well to his employees ,very low EPF which is nothing now days. and there are no proper rules for the teachers, separate rules for female and male staff members. Since 2010 to 2024 near about 400 teachers left Selaqui. No one has retried from that place. Professionally the organization need to keep the words of appointment letter. Happiness index is poor. I worked there for 2 years 2 months resigned properly with one month notice by going against the wish of headmaster now they are denying experience letter.

SelaQui International School, is the best place place to grow as an individual. It's is safe haven if you have your own kids and family. Like all residential schools you require to dedicate time and a bit of long working hours.

Amazing campus and friendly staff is present. The school also provides amazing sports facilities to it's students. The staff is credited to plethora of participation and achievements in the field. Academics in physical education is also prioritised again with amazing results.

Dislikes

On campus hours might feel a bit stretched at time last, owed to being a boarding school. Furthermore along with academic achievements like, an aptitude for pastoral care is required.

There is no personal life for me last 18 months... too much extra works... which is doesn't meant. Randomly change rules, Randomly leaving teachers, no appreciations... materials problem and Teachers don’t have that much of respect over here.... and Still now I am also under utilize art teacher somhow I feel...
