I did not have any dislike except one that Mr. Badani a CEO was believing only two consultant appointed on contract by SEForge. While we were facing acute quality issue. Some other consultants were hired, but there recommendations ware not gone well down to the existing consultant. Those recommendations were not implemented though all were technically strong and accepted by all employees working in organization. We had implemented those recommendation after the expiry of contract of the existing consultants. We were through of our quality issues. Rejection came down drastically from 35% to less then 2% in SG iron wind mill castings....Read More
