I was looking for candidates for my firm and because of the pandemic, I couldn't find any. I thought i will have to settle for mediocre employees but seekruit turned the situation around completely. They presented me with video CV's as per my need and i shortlisted some of them and eventually hired the quality candidates as per my requirement. I am so thankful to Seekruit.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. i am amajed with the software seekruit provided learning and support for a fresher i up to the mark their payouts seems bit low as per the workload but i am sur they will work. On that as well. Specially Mr.sachin Kapoor is very loyal and having diverse knowledge in rectuitment industry. I am obliged that they provided me the opprtunity and the income seekruit provided.
