All Saturday's (except 1'st Saturday) off. Salary 10th of every month without fail. On time settlement of dues HR helps once you join to improve your skills Company gives sufficient time to adopt the culture.

1. Management doesn't believe their employees. 2. Always track their employees with tracking device, even in sales, operations. 3. Salary in 10th of every month. 4. They claim they are corporate, but actually have Lala culture. 5. Sales people are reporting to operations people. 6. If you are literate person then don't join. 7. In sales department there is no hirerchy of positions, it's just designation. Sales executive is doing same thing (door to door selling) as the VP Sales of the company.
