Working from 03 years as assignment manager. 1st year I have 09 hrs shift and weekly off with Rs 25000/month. after that I deployed for 12 hrs duty with Rs 30000/month ,no weekly off with promise that after 01 or 02 months they will arrange 01 weekly off but still waiting for weekly off, terrible.
