1. Management doesn't believe their employees. 2. Always track their employees with tracking device, even in sales, operations. 3. Salary in 10th of every month. 4. They claim they are corporate, but actually have Lala culture. 5. Sales people are reporting to operations people. 6. If you are literate person then don't join. 7. In sales department there is no hirerchy of positions, it's just designation. Sales executive is doing same thing (door to door selling) as the VP Sales of the company. Company is good, where ever we go at Hyderabad branches not getting any support from branch teams, even not providing medical health card we are paying self for treatment in corporate hospitals. Si So sad and bad situation here with hyd operations teams 🙏
