Dislikes

Its not at all an employee centric company. Just wastes money on higher management's foreign trips whereas upper and middle management doesn't even get appropriate appraisal. Company's makes over optimum utilization of its resources. Just focuses on cost cutting.

As a intern if you are learning it will be beneficial for you since you will get to learn alot. Just Interact with everyone and learn something from them. If you are a fresher even then the company is good for you, but during that 1year learn as much as you can.

Salary dissatisfaction, Same person giving less work is earning more at the same designation. Managment in Client engagement department is poor, My experience was terrible since my manager was the one who never really supported me in learning, and even because of her my salary deductions took place twice</mark>. why because she did not reply on time for the same to the Accounts department. Some times we got to work after office hours. It is because of the nature of job where we are helping the customers when someone hospitalized, which also gives a satisfaction.

I takes care of claims team where majority of work related to health insurance. So, I interacts with employees who are facing issues at hospital. Accordingly we need to interact with insurers and company HR's to resolve the issues.
