Thanks for the feedback. Working hours for employees is Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 6:30pm. We also work on the 1st & 3rd Saturday. The 2nd , 4th & 5th Saturdays are week offs and all Sundays are week off. If you work on a week-off or on a holiday due to a business emergency or due to a specific shift schedule, the employee is eligible to take a compensatory off within the next 30 days. This is just as similar to most companies in IT industry in India. And we strictly follow the labor norms of India by not over working any employee beyond the stipulated hours or by non compensating additional efforts. Thanks for the feedback . When one is fresher , we cant expect a company to pay very high salary and also keep training them ! High Salary or low Salary is relative . You yourself said the learning value is good , please understand that the company is investing in your to make you learn / train with new skills for which you have to pay to other training institutes. Here company is investing in you by paying as well as doing the training and learning plus giving you live work exposure and on the job training . Once you learn enough skills and and are able to independently contribute to company then you can surely expect next level of salary. When a company is investing so much in training and certification they expect you to work for certain amount of time else its becomes a training ground where people come learn and leave . We like you to appreciate the opportunity the company is giving in training in latest security technology , certifications , guidances from seniors , live cyber security troubleshooting . Lot of effort goes ( minimum 1 to 1.5 years ) to make a fresher troubleshoot independently for large networks . So it's an investment . After your 3-4 years you see your learning , market value and then you would appreciate the value we added in your life . Just have little patience , Regards N K Mehta MD & CEO

Thanks for the feedback Indu . Salary high or low is comparative statement . As you yourself said - its a great learning platform to start the fresher career . So when you are still learning , how can salary be high :-) . Learn , improve your skills and start contributing with your experience and you woudl see your salary scale up. All the best .
