It is the company that encourages their personnel to take initiatives. We get the ample amount of time for learning and developing our work ethics. The management is very supportive and understanding - I have been provided with the privilege to work working with the flexible timings as I have a little baby to take care of. It is a great place to work and management is very wise.

Office collegues were friendly the only saving grace

Everything was awful. Offensive language was used by my boss. No fixed office timings, unorganised way of working. 12 people resigned due these circumstances.

I joined as sales executive but was shifted to purchase executive designation I handle the entire circle of purchase department alone because other employees resigned
