No words to explain the experience about Schlumberger during the working styles on Rigs & Base. We learned so many things because people coming from different locations.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, But growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. As per my point of view, Credit will obviously goes to reporting manager. We won't get any appreciations and all. Politics are too high. Always we need to do bhajan for our superiors.

its quit difficult, i am working as a technical lead ( Electrical Operations & Mechanical Lifting ). Every second is like challenging to do operations.

This company is the best in the industry. All that an employee could think of, you will have in this company. The only downtime was during the fall in oil prices.
