Promotions :- SCA does not gives the promotion to who achieving target and take accountability. SCA gives the promotion to those people who are promoted by their Team leads and Managers.

Company has strong work ethics. Management is concerned for their collogues well being. Company provides training sessions in every quarter on various topics. We have good appraisals comparing to other company's and people get promoted as per their skills and knowledge. Company throws party for their employees once in a year.

This team is good for operation because every management r from operation side so when I joined analytics team , I felt some level of discrimination because people from TL and above treated differently than us.

I can not say because Company is growing , if you are part of Operation the. It is good, but for other team still they need time to get settled.

The culture and work environment set forth by the CEO sumit gandhi and training programs are exceptional. Another great thing is that the ceo is well connected with all employees and involved into the business. he believes in fairness and transparency and good treatment to all.
