i must say that i was very disappointed with the over all experience.. Job Security are Zero(0), you can fire anytime, any day, salary's were delayed, they need the employee like labour, who can dance on their one call and they need all the employee like tele-caller, who will forget their previous experience and sit in the market tosell their projects only. in fact they need proper report minutes wise of working of whole day. Before going to home you have to share the report to the management whole day minute wise working of your's. Instead to work with saya better to sit at home to search better job....Read More
