Month end Dinner provided by company & family trip once in a year. Almost main festivals holidays.

They said 9.00am to 5.30pm shift timing and alternate sat off. But Login timing is fixed but logout timing is not fixed. It means late sitting job. And everyday need to carry laptop with you, when you will reach home, they expectig from you to do work from home too after office timing without any extra pay. Not able to give time to family.
