The company is total fraud, work environment is toxic CEO himself smoke w**d all day in office, in fact there's no office its a flat 2bhk so when he smokes you can smell and see the smoke everywhere everyone gets headache because of that. There's no salary because they have a policy of salary after 60days so between that period people works so hard but after some time they'll fire you without any reason so that way they don't have to pay you . Out of 20 people not even a single one got the salary. I was so depressed after all these....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
