I was a student of this hospital and it was spiritual support was taken before but now I can't say I like or dislike

Dislikes

Management doesn't look equally to the staff and not taking care for the nurses and the nursing protocol is not maintain no seniorit in work or in salary. No spiritual being a Christian hospital no counciling to the nurses to bring into spiritual way. All I want to say is not following the Proverbs which they give in the card e.i. healing ministry,

The environment of this hospital is peaceful and I m very satisfied working here in Satribari Christian Hospital.

Dislikes

The salary is little bit low here I hope the management will take good decisions in the future for the betterment of the Hospital

I m working here as a staff male nurse My work is always challenging out here Always we have to deal with new new cases, We always have to be very careful with our work as infection spreads easily, we are always honest with our patients.
