Dirty Politics which play by Seniors with there Team mates, a& due to this persons work life imbalanced, less enthusiasm, no motivation, specailly in Accounts team (Rupes, Poonam & Pratibha,these 3 always want to secure themself, hide knowledge & experience for there team members, due to this person sont achieve & reached their destination, and harrasment a lot, no satisfactory / adjustable nature any of them. worst nature in Accounting team is Pratibha. selfish , carelss & manipulations, Mr. Nitin he plays a vital role in all three & always tries to hide thier mistakes. Rupesh & poonam is one of the most culprits in terms of office politics. due to this no one work longer in accounting team in SARJAK. Further, about Overall Management, Those who works since long only they get opportunities and promotions. rest others / new comers won't get promoted easily....Read More
