Very terrible school to work with, all members including management includes in politics and bitching. They don't have proper systematic way of doing something.

Dislikes

They don't have proper systematic approach for anything when comes to the matter of working culture in the school. Teachers who stays in hostel are given extra tasks of looking students and mentoring their studies even after school working hours are done. Basically you will be working 24/7 if you opt for hostels facilities

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
