My profile was interesting, and lot of learning was there, It was a challenging profile as well, Institution is always faced with cash crunch, Vendor payment has always been a struggle mainly consumables. Annual medical camp organized by the institution is cashless and there are unlimited OPD's, Institution should either limit the number of OPD'S or should have restriction with number of days it should run, currently it runs for more than seven months in a year....Read More

Dislikes

Institution is unable to manage it's Funds utilization properly for the purchase department there should be allocation of funds separately for consumables and Equipment's. Salary distribution is the biggest problem it get's hold for more than six months therefore you should be careful before joining this organization.

Worst and your terrible nightmare it will become. Very shady place to work, very very partial environment at workplace. Favouritism is at its peak. No chance to grow as a doctor or as a person. Worst management any one can can ever see.

Totally fake institute in terms of work and skill development. I would not recommend anyone to prefer this place. It's not personal but this is my honest review based on my 6 month 22 day experience over here. I am going to switch to some fair institute.

They hold our salary for atleast 2 month and there is nothing to learn over here nor there is any session for knowledge exchange. Even your is not secure.
