Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management is not transparent.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There is a system of 4 years before which cannot pramotion. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting. Struggled a bit formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a test of different roles within the same team.
