I worked in this franchise. I cannot recommend anyone to work here. Upper management is worst. As a manager there is a no personal life in this brand. You have to do more than 12 hours shift daily.some time you have to do continuously 2-3 shifts because they cutting their labour cost and not hiring teams for operation. If you are off shift or you are on leaves or anywhere they will trouble you. If You are at home and you are sleeping. You have to pick up their calls.if you can't they will keep this thing in mind and you will get suffer from them.They are not thinking we are human too. Area coach Always harrassing by their words and shouting and screaming daily on calls. Most of time you have to pay from your pocket to employees if their is a single mistake you did. No one listening your problems. Neither HR nor Area coaches. I suffered most in this brand . upper management People always misbehaves with you specially training team. No culture. We were supported very well during the lockdown like the salary was given inspire of asked to sit at home given the pandemic scenario, young Turks was on going and staff was also informed. Higher authority taken care of the employees with a video and audio support .

At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview.
