I like the nature and quality of work. Sankalp accepts good work and even when we don't have customer project, we will get a chance to develop our competency in new areas of interest. We will get a chance to train our juniors and there is no politics here. All will be treated equally and also management is very transparent. Work life balance is good too. Manager never tracks in terms of time but only tracks in terms of work. My manager (Sumit Bhat) was very cool and looking us like his family. He was very sportive and it was good experience in working with him....Read More

The only limitation is we will work on modules and not full chips. If we get full chip projects, then this is the best place to work forever.
