Best supportive team. I started as a fresher and have got 2 appraisal so far with recommendation for promotion this year. Mr. Pankaj Dhavan sir is a good guide in this industry. His strategies and guidance have proved a true magic wand to turn a sales person to a good negotiator. A lot of things I have learned from him also we are a family so we fall together and rise together as well.

Need to apply all the good things that are implemented in Corporate section to the cooperative as well

A very cool place to work with a freedom to apply your ideas and openly discuss within the organization as well. The higher management is very much down to earth the chairman, directors interact with the employees in a very polite manner. The issues are escalated with dialogues itself. Love to work at such place

A lot of freedom to work, they are in real terms autonomous. Always pay the dues and motivate to attend FDPs etc, which is great for personal development. Free Coursera Access and a lot more.
