Management is very week & biased. Not following provident fund rules & very weak in settling actual dues of employee. Due to statutory non-compliance in partnership firm / proprietary firm they closed the same & formed New LLP.

Exposure to work types, clients, corporates. Very good learning experience and guidnace provided by Partners at the firm to excel in your career in later part of your life with the firm or otherwise. Also very approachable and helpful even post articleship period.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
