Competitive work environment but a lot of scope for learning especially in projects department. Overall a decent company to work at. Everything. First is that they force to put your resignation however from my joining month I provided them the increase in production volume within same resources. Till Mr. Jaison Thomas is there, your job is not secure. He always tries to cut the cost of manpower.
