No ethical practices, no proper work distribution, no job security at all, employee can be sacked any time, there is partially between Dr. faculty & non doctorate. There is no proper cooperation & information from the authority about how to do & what to do exactly though faculty is telling this is the correct way of doing. A lot portfolio given to Asst prof compared to doctorate. No proper research facilities, no proper guide still university is collecting lakhs of fees for Ph.D. programme. Everything is good but no support (in any way) to faculty.

Faculties worked in every verticals for betterment of University, still management took disadvantage of COVID situation. Not giving payments, also removed many faculties (even full fees received from students).

The 3rd party knowledge partner was running the aerospace dept. Horrible way of working.full of politics suppression of people who are not sycophants. Unethical.faculties are pushed to be liked by students than tell them whats wrong.be relax.dont teach jus keep your rapp with students n hod.
