Samsung being a self reliant company, I was expecting lot of exposure, learning, employee friendliness, etc. But its exactly opposite. Korean dominance is very evident in all of the India management decisions. Infact, these guys are simply the puppets in the hands of Korean management. For example, during this tough COVID time, while all other companies are extending work from home until December end, our company is calling us to Bangalore in June itself. Dislikes

Korean dominance on the work culture. Poor HR policies. Double standards in terms of designation. They offer you 2 designations, 1 actual and 1 less than actual which they call Global. They portray that to Korea team. Your actual designation is of no use except on a Linkedin profile.

It is okayish. Nothing great to talk about. HR policies could have been better. No WFH! the biggest drawback.
