The Managing Director, Marketing Director and Finance Director are worst people of this company. Employees come to office by alcohol consumption . No facilities like drinking water, Cafeteria and even Washroom also not available in manufacturing units. This organisation is not worth it. Worst very worst people

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
