Only one issue with management doesn't address permanent solution on issues.

It's amazing experience, get new new opportunities hence I did lot of roles within a team. I have face issues in the start due to unstructure training module.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
