Worst company to work for as sales guy. you are considered as a toy rather than a human being.... Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Salasar is one of the biggest composite broker farm having a vast network and client base that helps an individual to grow. Environment is good. Behaviour of the colleagues are helpful. Management often interacts with employees on subjective working issues. Company has focused to achieve 800 crore turnover within next 10 years.

Dislikes

Though the whole team and working culture is good, some additional training sessions should be taken into initiative targeting individuals knowledge base (department wise). Also every Saturday should be declared as paid holiday.
