The company is readily interested to welcome the new young talents and providing as much as best quality for the automobile components thereby satisfy customer expectations with low cost .Nearly 10-15 companies are of regular customers since 2000 .

Dislikes

The work pressure is same as like all other mechanical companies. Anyhow estimated target of the company is achieved regularly & the growth of the company is outstanding but I felt there is lagging in individual employees career growth with poor increments.
