Sakhiya skin clinic is very poor company , and I would never recommend anyone to join.There is excessive micromanagement, salary deduction for software entry missed, punch missed, management pretends to be very good but in reality they need some training how to handle the staff and retain them. After serving notice period also they don’t give incentive in which month complete efforts were given . Zero appreciation for staff . They are planning to expand but currently what they at-least manage that properly. New HR is pathetic she doesn’t know how to speak also . The work environment is toxic...Read More
