Please don't give interview for this company, completely fake hr team.Hr Prerna from Saint Gobain hr team fooling candidates after interview clearance, she sends confirmation mail stating that inorder to get offer letter you need to send mail with release date from current company, after sending the same,she didn't even bother to reply and after continuous followup this woman replies we have hired someone else, really pathetic experience.If u don't have any other offer in hand and u really need a job then only go for this pathetic company or else...go for other company...Read More

There is no systems on the company, it's sakes based company. For name sake they have ISO & IATF certification. Worst culture in the company, you wilp get only 5% increments yearly, you will have to pay back your increment while leaving the company. Attrition rate is 50% always, hardly any people stays here. Regretting joining here
