Good work environment and Culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

The job is quite interesting! struggled a bit in the begining as there was no formal training session. I learnt every on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
