Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. They said for 3 projects during interview after that minimum 5 to 6 projects will be given.. Delaying for confirmation letter saying if you will take another more 3 projects then only give the confirmation letter... Heavy work pressure,old employees given most of the assignments to new comers..
