Learning with HOD and cooperation within team.

Dislikes

Unethical HR dept which is career threatening, one side your department want you back for good work but HR dept is sharing poor feedback to current employer even after completing contract and supporting them for any info. Management is with no long term vision so ultimately all hard work and efforts became fruitless for a department in development stage.

Job security - Poor
Promotions - Bad
Company culture - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

One could enjoy work of choice with balanced work load but when one has to handle multiple profiles and tasks with low pay then one has no option except to leave.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
