Dominating manipulating managers who assign you shifts as per their convenience and refuse to listen to you. Hiring non mbbs doctors at the same post as mbbs ans keeping them on duty at night and day. Risking safety and life of the patients. Favouratism to certain old staff even if they've no merit and refuse to work
